    -Tube some difficulty to the momneto to look for the necessary information to place it in my publication.
    -Personally I would recommend some superfoods that would be:

    I had difficulty choosing superfoods as there were several and finding important information. I recommend Quinoa, kiwicha, aguaymanto, maca and mashua, because these foods are very good for our health.

    What difficulties did you have to create your brochure about three superfoods from Peru?
    I had no difficulty creating my brochure on the three superfoods of Peru.

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume?
    -I would recommend consuming the kiwicha .It is rich in amino acids, protein and minerals.Its grain has calcium, phosphorous, iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin E and vitamin B.
    -I would also recommend potatoes.They are a good source of carbohydrates, antioxidants, and essential nutrients.It has vitamin C, B6, B3 and B9.The folic acid and iron in this food help treat anemia.
    -The bananas. They are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6 and folic acid.Contains minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, zinc, calcium and magnesium, necessary to maintain health from various systems, such as bone and muscle.

    tive difficulties with the part of the information, I would recommend consuming purple corn as it helps hypertensive patients such as our grandparents, maca because it increases energy and yacon because it has vitamins B1, B and C
